Walter became an Executive Head Chef for the Marco Pierre White Group in London for five years and, cooked for stars such as Madonna, Richard Gere, Sarah Ferguson, Joan Collins, Georgia Armani and Valentino at the then prestiges ‘Daphne’s in London, Uk.

International three hat chef Michelin Star Walter Trupp is the passion and his wife Anna, with her extensive experience in business and qualifications in Hospitality Management, is the organiser behind Trupp- THE CHEFS TABLE.

Originally established in 2011 (Trupp Cooking School 2011 to 2014) Trupp- The Chefs Table cooking school was established with Walter and his wife Anna together, fine tuning the hands-on cooking school and establishing on-line content reflecting Walters vast repertoire of food knowledge.

I did the “Cooking for Beginners” 3 day course. Before this, I did not know how to cook at all. After completing the course I now have the confidence to follow simple cooking recipes anyone can do at home. I’ve learnt how to cook steak, crispy salmon, lamb tagine, beautiful pumpkin soup, chicken stir fry, tasty vegetables, apple pie, poached eggs and much more.
